David Adamson is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty certification in senior fitness. As a lifelong athlete, exerciser, and student of exercise science, David knows the physical challenges for older exercisers, whether just starting a program or long time athletes. Cynda Adamson recieved an ACE Personal Trainer Certificaion with an additional specialty certification in functional fitness. Always physically active, her activities range from resistance training, functional fitness, aerobics and yoga to skiing, snow shoeing, running, and dance. Cynda is a strong advocate for good nutrition to support wellness and earned a certification in fitness nutrition.
Prior to moving to Oregon in the summer of 2012, David was the executive director of Mountain Family Health Centers, a multi-site primary healthcare provider in Colorado where he gained a deep understanding of the dynamic relationship between personal choices, lifestyle, and chronic disease. He and Cynda developed an inspiring program for employees to explore the key roles of nutrition, exercise, stress reduction and social support in improving wellness.
